We keep beef sales personal and straightforward. You will know the price, where your beef is processed and who to contact with questions.

Hanging weight is the weight of the beef after slaughter and initial processing, before it is cut, trimmed and packaged. Your final packaged beef will weigh less than the hanging weight.
